Dr. Otto, a licensed psychologist, is board certified in forensic psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has co-authored texts on competence to proceed and mental health law, and recently joined Gary Melton, John Petrila, Norm Poythress, and Chris Slobogin in revising Psychological Evaluations for the Courts: A Handbook for Mental Health Professionals and Lawyers.
