~ Sue Ross Biography ~
Sue Ross is the Assistant Director for Mental Health for Florida's Department of Children and Families. Sue joined the Mental Health Program in 1990 and was Chief of Children's Mental Health programs for the Department for more than nine years.
Sue began her career teaching school and working as a child protective investigator in West Virginia. She has continued her focus on children throughout her career including eight years running programs for developmentally delayed children and adults in Stuart, Florida.
Sue holds a master's degree in Rehabilitation from Drake University and a bachelor's degree in Education from Marshall University.
