Important Dates!
June 6-7, 2007 Regionalization sub-group to meet.
June 12, 2007 Department Legal Work Group meetings commence.
June 15, 2007 The Implementation Work Group will provide the Secretary with final recommendations on the leadership positions for each circuit and the proposed transition of all counties into the regional/circuit structure.
June 15, 2007 The Implementation Work Group will provide a final proposed standardized template to the Secretary detailing how the regional and circuit offices will uniformly provide community and administrative services.
September 4, 2007 Final draft report of Department Legal Work Group to be completed.
September 30, 2007 The Department will adopt a regional model for Quality Assurance/Quality improvement focusing on service delivery to be developed by the Assistant Secretary for Programs, working with the Assistant Secretary for Operations, Director of Strategic Planning and Innovation and appropriate field personnel.
January 1, 2008 The Assistant Secretary for Programs will conduct a review of the organizational location of ACCESS functions and submit appropriate recommendations.
