DCF’S PENSACOLA OFFICE MOVING THIS WEEKEND
~ Applicants for Public Benefits Should be Made Aware of Relocation ~
PENSACOLA, FL. – The Florida Department of Children and Families office in Pensacola will be moving this weekend and open Sept. 26 in a new location closer to downtown for applicants of public assistance. The new address is 33 Brent Lane, Suite 103, in Pensacola. It is located less than five miles from the current Pensacola Boulevard office. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Currently, more than 90 percent of public benefit recipients apply online at www.myflorida.com/accessflorida. Clients never need to come into the office in order to receive their benefits.
To find out information about a current case, clients can log onto to the My ACCESS Account to reapply, submit changes and verifications and get notices and updates from any computer at https://myaccessaccount.dcf.state.fl.us. Clients can also call our Customer Call Center at (866) 762-2237.
