PANAMA CITY, FLA. – The Florida Department of Children and Families, the Guardian ad Litem Program, and the Florida State University Panama City Campus will host the second annual "Conference by the Bay: Helping Families Prosper" from Tuesday, May 22 through Thursday, May 24.
The second annual Conference by the Bay is an opportunity for social services professionals to share successful ideas and solutions to protect children and strengthen families.
The Florida Department of Children and Families, along with Guardian ad Litem volunteers, law enforcement, child advocates, domestic violence providers, substance abuse and mental health professionals and nonprofit community partners
