A new telephone system is now available to better serve you. The ACCESS Florida Information Line will allow you to get information from an automated response service - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can:

  • Get the status of your application or case.
  • Get a list of the items you still need to return.
  • Get the date and time of a scheduled appointment.
  • Get general information.

To get case and application information, the social security number and date of birth of the person who applied is needed. Please listen to the messages carefully until you become comfortable using the new system.
