Administrative Actions
Administrative Actions are progressive disciplinary sanctions taken against a program when corrective actions and administrative warnings have not been sufficient to remedy continued noncompliance of licensing standards. The Administrative Action reports below identify finalized administrative actions taken by the Department. The Administrative Actions listed are those that have been through the administrative hearing process, or are the result of the provider waiving their administrative hearing rights. Please note, the administrative process may be lengthy and final administrative actions may not be completed for several months after the inspection date.
