Community Based Medicaid Administrative Claiming (CBMAC) Program

Results are compiled quarterly and reports will be available to show compliance by provider and as a whole. In order to create a valid sample and ensure the process is acceptable for claiming, the following are essential:

  • Participants respond in a timely fashion to moments they receive - They are expected to respond within 24 hours of receiving a moment, and will receive a reminder email after 4, 24, 48, & 72 hours.
  • Rosters are updated monthly by the requested date - Without updated lists of participants, moments may be generated for staff that are no longer employed or at moments they no longer work (if their schedule changes), or not at all for new staff who come on board.
  • Training is provided and completed by all participants - New staff should take the online training posted on this page and provide a copy of the certificate of completion to their Time Study Coordinator.
